1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of t3tvsports.com and any related pages, registration flows, and services (together, the "Site" and the "Services") operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] [ENTITY TYPE] doing business as T3TV Sports, part of Top25 Holdings ("T3TV," "we," "us," "our").

By creating an account, registering an athlete, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account.

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians only. Athletes under 18 may not create accounts, and we do not knowingly permit minors to register themselves. All athlete information must be entered by a parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.

By registering an athlete, you represent that you are that athlete's parent or legal guardian, or that you have written authorization from a parent or legal guardian to register them and to grant the consents described in these Terms and in our event documents.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at T3tv.youth@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we believe has been used to provide false information, to register an athlete without authority, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Event registration

4.1 Registration and acceptance

Submitting a registration is an offer, not a confirmed place. A registration is confirmed when we accept it and, where a fee applies, when payment clears. We may decline any registration.

4.2 Eligibility

Events have eligibility requirements — grade, age, graduating class, and division. You are responsible for providing accurate information. We may cancel a registration, without refund, if an athlete is found to be ineligible based on inaccurate information you supplied.

4.3 Capacity and waitlists

Events have limited capacity. Places are allocated in the order registrations are completed. Where a waitlist exists, a waitlist place is not a confirmed registration.

4.4 Required documents

Each event registration requires acceptance of a liability waiver and release, a medical treatment authorization, a media release, and a code of conduct. These are accepted per event and per athlete and are not carried over between events.

4.5 Changes to events

We may change an event's date, venue, format, schedule, division structure, or capacity. We will notify registered participants of material changes. Where a material change occurs, refund rights are as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4.6 Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Fees and payment

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

6. Media, filming, and publication

Read this section carefully. It describes how athletes appear in published content.

Our events are filmed, photographed, livestreamed, and covered by our own crew, by media partners, and by credentialed third-party outlets. Athlete performance is evaluated, ranked, and published.

By registering an athlete, and by accepting the Media Release at registration, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Games and activities may be livestreamed and recorded in full
  • Photographs, video, highlight packages, and box scores may be produced and published
  • The athlete's name, image, likeness, voice, position, jersey number, graduating class, grade, city and state, team or program affiliation, and performance statistics may be published on T3TV properties, on Top25Scouts, on Hoop Verified, and across our social channels
  • The athlete may receive a written evaluation and a national ranking published on Top25Scouts
  • Content may be redistributed by media partners, credentialed outlets, sponsors as permitted, and by families, clubs, and schools
  • Content may remain published indefinitely and may be used in future promotional material

Sponsor branding appears on courts, signage, apparel, credentials, and within produced content. Athletes appearing in that content will appear alongside that branding.

You may withdraw media consent for future content by contacting T3tv.youth@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not require us to remove content already published or already distributed to third parties, and it may make participation in some events impractical. See the Media Release for the full terms.

7. Conduct

You agree that you, your athlete, and your guests will comply with our Code of Conduct, with venue rules, and with the instructions of event staff and officials. We may remove any person from an event for conduct that we consider unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Register an athlete you do not have authority to register
  • Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Services
  • Use the Services to collect information about other participants or their families
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, our marks (including T3TV, T3TV Sports, Top25Scouts, and Hoop Verified as applicable), and all content we produce are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content we produce that features your athlete remains our property. We may grant you a personal, non-commercial license to share it; that license does not permit commercial use, resale, or removal of our marks or sponsor branding.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it as needed to operate the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy and Media Release.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services link to and integrate with third parties, including Top25Scouts, Hoop Verified, our merchandise store, payment processors, and email providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

10. Assumption of risk

Basketball is a contact sport carrying a risk of serious injury, including catastrophic injury and death. By registering an athlete, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the separate Liability Waiver and Release of Claims executed at registration. Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces that waiver.

11. Medical

We are not a medical provider. We do not provide medical care beyond any first aid or athletic training services made available at an event. You are responsible for ensuring your athlete is medically fit to participate and for disclosing relevant medical conditions and allergies at registration.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a livestream will be available or complete, that any content will be produced for any particular athlete, or that any athlete will receive an evaluation, ranking, exposure, recruitment interest, or any athletic or academic outcome.

We make no representation that participation will result in college recruitment, scholarship interest, or any competitive advantage.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR [AMOUNT].

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Top25 Holdings, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any claim arising out of your or your athlete's participation, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information.

15. Dispute resolution

[NOTE FOR COUNSEL: arbitration clause, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver to be drafted. Enforceability against a parent signing on behalf of a minor requires state-specific review.]

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new version number and effective date, and where changes are material we will ask you to review and re-accept them the next time you sign in. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Children's Privacy Notice, and the documents accepted at registration, are the entire agreement between us.
